Join us for a welcoming, affirming yoga class designed to support the LGBTQIA+ community in body, mind, and spirit. This all-levels practice offers a safe space to move, breathe, and connect — whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
Led by a trauma-sensitive instructor, the class focuses on gentle movement, mindfulness, and building community through shared presence. Come exactly as you are — no judgment, no pressure.
