Fulfillment/Shipping Policy


Our regular merchandise is routed through Printful, a drop shipping company. This means they print and ship items on demand so that we do not have to maintain inventory. Shipping cost and timing are determined by Printful and will be displayed at the time of order. If you have not received your order by the end of the estimated time frame, please contact us at so we can investigate with Printful. If we determine that Printful or the shipping company has lost the item, we will provide a replacement or a refund.


Items purchased for a specific event, such as PrideFest merchandise, will be available for pickup at the event. If you are unable to attend the event, we will contact you via email after the event to arrange delivery or shipment of your items.


Event tickets are delivered electronically via email only. No physical tickets will be mailed for any events.
