REFUNDS FOR MERCHANDISE
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at info@dougcopride.org to begin the return process.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION FOR EVENT TICKETS
To cancel an event ticket reservation, please inform us in writing at info@dougcopride.org. Refunds for cancelled event tickets will be made as follows:

Cancellations made two weeks or more before the event date: full amount paid minus transaction fees

Cancellations made less than two weeks but more than 7 days before the event date: 50% of amount paid

Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 2 days before the event date: 25% of amount paid

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event date: no refunds issued
