FOOD TRUCK APPLICATION

Douglas County PrideFest 2024 is looking for three food trucks for this year's festival. We will choose food trucks based on their menu, their support for the LGBTQIA+ community, and their ability to meet local permitting requirements. Food trucks who are accepted into Douglas County PrideFest will receive an acceptance email upon approval.

FOOD TRUCK INFORMATION
Food truck vendors will be assigned a 10' x 20' festival space. All vendors must provide all equipment needed for set-up. Spaces for food trucks will be assigned on a rolling arrival schedule to accommodate the space.

It is the food truck’s responsibility to provide all necessary electricity/energy requirements.

All beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will be sold by Douglas County PrideFest and proceeds will go directly to the PrideFest fundraising goals. Food trucks are not permitted to sell beverages of any kind.

The event is open to all businesses, non-profits, crafters, artists, and any other organization or individual approved by Douglas County Pride. By submitting an application you are recognizing that the purpose of this event is to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community and that your participation at this event will support and promote the acceptance and validation of the LGBTQIA+ community in Douglas County and more broadly. In so doing, you also acknowledge that you in no way will speak poorly of the community, try to recruit people away from the community, or in any other way actively take a stance against the LGBTQIA+ community.

Food trucks must follow PrideFest rules and regulations as well as Town of Parker requirements during PrideFest.
